Polymer Tile-O-Grout
Polymer Tile-O-Grout fills the tile joint for wall and floor tiles. Polymer Tile-O-Grout is a mixture of synthetic polymer chemicals in powder base, cement, mineral, colour-fast pigments and organic additives. Polymer Grout will be suitable to fill the tile joint for most ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, natural stone and bricks on the floor and wall tiles for the interior and exterior. Polymer Grout can be achieved by adding a liquid admixture to the standard polymer grout. This can be considered a more specialist technical solution that provides enhanced bonding and increased flexibility.

Application
- Prepare the surfaceMake sure the tiles are properly fixed, protected and fully cured. (If they are recently installed)Clean any dust, dirt, or other things off the floor and the grout lines. Contaminants can harm the grout’s ability to stick and its finish.Remove any excess adhesive from the joints.
- Mix the grout. Mix the grout with water or ADMIX GT-1 (Add mixture). We recommend mixing our Add mixture into the grout powder, especially for exterior applications, as it enhances bonding and increases flexibility.Mix the components together until they are smooth and free of lumps. The grout should be thick enough to stay in place but still spreadable.
- Apply the GroutUse a grout float to apply some grout onto the tile surface.Press the grout into the joints by holding the float at a 45-degree angle and ensuring they are fully filled.Work in small sections to prevent the grout from drying out before you can clean it.After you’ve applied the grout, use the grout float to remove any excess grout from the tile. While holding the float at a right angle, go diagonally across the tiles.
- Clean the tilesWait about 10-15 minutes for the grout to set slightly. The exact time may vary depending on the product and environmental conditions.Wet a grout sponge with clean water, squeeze out most of the water, and wipe the tile surface softly to remove grout haze.Rinse the sponge frequently and change the water as needed.
- CuringThe grout usually hardens in 24 hours. Keep the area dry during this time.Protect the grout from foot traffic or other disturbances while it cures.
